Yesterday MPs debated the findings of a Government select committee set up in the wake of derrick Bird's massacre of 11 people in Cumbria in June.

During Monday's debate Chris Willamson, the Labour MP for Derby North, mentioned the killing of Bogdan 'Tony' Paduret in Tillingbourne Gardens as part of a round-up of shootings in November.

Hendon MP Matthew Offord replied to the point Mr Williamson, who admitted in the debate he would prefer guns to be banned from Britain altogether."
