Richmond Hospital on High Alert After Shooting Victims Arrive - The Real Scoop: "section of Westminster Highway between No. 6 and No. 7 Road remained behind police tape Thursday night as officers tried to collect evidence related to a double shooting earlier in the night.
The victims were driving in a white BMW M-5 that was riddled with bullets. They dumped it at No. 3 and Westminster, apparently trying to get themselves to hospital."
