Xavier Ortiz Reyes, 27, arrested at an apartment complex near Stonewall Jackson Road.
Reyes was accused of killing Omar Nunez, 25, and shooting two other men, who survived.
Nunez became the third homicide of 2008 in Orange County.
All three men were shot early Thursday morning, near Semoran Boulevard and East Colonial Drive.
Detectives believed a fight earlier at the nearby Roxy nightclub may have led to the shootings.
The three victims noticed they were being followed after leaving the club. A car pulled up to them, and a group of people shot at them.
Detectives said no weapons were found in Nunez's car, or on any of the victims.
