It happened around 3:00 this afternoon in the 3200 block of 29th street.
Officers say two men were shot. One of the men was shot in his back and he is in critical condition. The other man was shot in his arm and leg.
The two men have been transported to the hospital, and police have taken two suspects into custody. Port Arthur police are on the scene of a drive by shooting that's left one man in critical condition.
