Man wanted in gang shootings turns self in » Redding Record Searchlight: "Redding man suspected of being involved in a pair of gang-related shootings in Redding earlier this month turned himself in to authorities today.
Dylan Nathaniel Lane, 20, was booked into the Shasta County Jail on charges of discharging a firearm with gross negligence, illegal possession of a loaded gun in public, attempted murder, kidnapping and participating in a criminal street gang, according to the jail roster.
“He turned himself into the jail this afternoon,” said Redding Police Chief Peter Hansen."
