Since the beginning of the month, eleven people have been shot in nine incidents -- two fatally.Detectives have made no arrests in any of the incidents, which they say are not related.'We're dealing with a variety of motives,' said Capt. Christine Dunning, who heads the detective division. 'Some are robbery-related, some are drug-related and in one instance, the motive appears to be jealousy over a girl.'"
