A 22-year-old Portland man on parole now indicted in gang-related homicide | OregonLive.com: "Williams was arrested about a week after the homicide, charged on April 2 with violating his parole. Williams just recently got out of prison after facing an 18-month sentence following a January 2009 conviction for delivery of cocaine, court records show.
Police say Williams is also responsible for two other shootings that occurred days before the homicide.
He's accused of firing gunshots into a house on March 19 in the 8500 block of Southeast Brooklyn. In that shooting, he's accused of walking up to the front door of a home and firing blindly through it. An 11-year-old boy was inside the home, walking down an internal staircase when the shots whizzed through the front door, but no one was hit, police said."
