Alfredo Torres

Alfredo Torres 47, 100 Union St., was shot multiple times outside as he stood near his minivan. One of his three children was with him at the time.
Police said it was not a random shooting.
According to a police bulletin, the shooter was a passenger in a black SUV with New York plates. The SUV or its two occupants have not been located.
A neighbor said a total of nine shots were fired.
The victim's minivan had several windows shot out. It was towed from the scene along with a light blue Hummer vehicle. Police would not release further details.
